Deitch Projects invited visitors at the Armory Fair to experience the ESPO Bakery, a special project with Steve Powers (ESPO) at the Armory show, March 10- March 14, 2005, Pier 90, Booth 220, on Twelfth Avenue at 50th & 52nd Streets. The artist created an art installation in the form of a bakery that sold ESPO designed cookies and cakes. The baked goods could be collected as art multiples or enjoyed on the spot. The project was in the tradition of Deitch Projects’s special installations at the Armory fair.
